You can expect to receive a fixed annual salary due to the nature of our business with a flight incentive for each operational flight hour. These incentives vary depending on the aircraft, crew experience, and the contract at hand. As a rule of thumb, you can expect flight incentives to match your annual fixed salary.
Operations
Air operations is the backbone of our business. Operations staff are the connection between our clients and the aircraft, ensuring our mission can be completed. Staff are expected to answer phones, coordinate flights, call-in aircrews, order, fuel, and coordinate flight plans. This position requires an extensive knowledge of the aviation industry.
Requirements:

Formal education in business/economics/finance

Degree from an accredited institution

In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry

Flight experience preferred

Junior pilots not meeting aircrew flight hours can begin in operations, work their way up, and gain flight hours through subsidized flying.
Aircrews
Our aircrews are comprised of either a single or dual pilot, plus a load specialist. Pilots are required to have significant experience in civil or military aviation. Experience with abnormal air operation is sought out.
Requirements:

750 hours PIC

CPL minimum, ATPL for our cargo fleet

Multi-IFR rating

Turboprop time prioritized
Load Specialist are required to have suitable knowledge in aircraft weight and balance calculations, loading procedures, and aerial dropping of cargo.
